WHY I WROTE STRENGTH EARNED

I didn’t start out strong. I learned how to become strong.

I started training later in life, after a doctor told me I needed to make a change. What began as an effort to improve my health eventually became years of training, competing, learning, failing, recovering, and getting stronger.

Along the way, I learned that strength isn’t built through shortcuts or perfect programs. It’s built by showing up, training with purpose, having patience, and giving your body time to recover.

Strength Earned is the book I wish I’d had when I started. It isn’t about finding your limits. It’s about raising them—one quality workout at a time.
